OUR APPROACH

A More Grounded Approach to Health

Constitutional Vitalism helps us understand how your body tends to function, where it comes under strain, and what kinds of support may help it work better.

What is Constitutional Vitalism?

Constitutional Vitalism, or CV, is a practical approach to health that begins with the person.

Rather than giving the same advice to everyone, CV looks at your constitution: the deeper pattern of how your body tends to process food, stress, energy, rhythm, and strain.

This matters because the same habit can help one person and burden another. A food, routine, or supplement may be healthy in general but still be a poor fit for your body right now.

CV draws on Western and Eastern sources of traditional medicine, along with a Christian understanding of the person, to help us see these patterns more clearly.

Our goal is not to overwhelm the body with harsh protocols or long lists of changes. We aim to find the food, rhythm, pace, and daily support that fit your body and help health become steadier over time.

We Pay Attention To

01

Constitution

Your deeper pattern of processing food, energy, stress, and strain.

02

Personal History

The events, seasons, habits, and stresses that have shaped your health over time.

03

Rhythm

The daily patterns of meals, rest, work, sleep, and recovery that either support or strain the body.

04

Digestibility

How well your body receives nourishment and turns it into steadiness.

05

Reserves

How much strength, recovery, and margin your body has available right now.

What Makes Us Different

  • We start with the person, not the protocol.
  • We look for patterns in the body, not just isolated symptoms.
  • We build around food, rhythm, digestion, and recovery, not just products.
  • We aim for calm, workable changes rather than harsh overhauls.
  • We care about what your body can actually carry right now.
  • We use traditional health wisdom in a way that fits modern life.

What Working with Us Looks Like

01

We learn your story

We begin by talking with you about your health concerns, daily life, history, habits, and goals.

02

We identify your constitutional pattern

We look at your information through the lens of CV to better understand your body's tendencies, needs, and areas of strain.

03

We give clear recommendations

You receive a written plan with practical suggestions for food, rhythm, daily habits, and next steps. We explain why each suggestion fits your constitution and current condition.

04

We support you as you begin

You receive follow-up virtual support as you put your plan into practice.

What This Approach is Not

Constitutional Vitalism is not a quick fix, a harsh protocol, or a one-size-fits-all plan. It is not built on chasing symptoms alone, and it is not meant to replace emergency or acute medical care.

It is a slower, more grounded way of understanding the body and supporting steadier health over time.

We are not obedient to the Lord when He tells us not to burden our hearts with food and drink and the cares of this world. We burden our bodies and our souls. Food and drink burden the body when we eat and drink more than we need. Our bodies must work hard to digest all that food, and so they are burdened. And if we also burden ourselves with thoughts, then the stress is doubled and so is our suffering.
